What the group does:

Breathing Space is a free phone-line is aimed at young adult men [16-40 not exclusively] who are experiencing low mood and depression. It provides a listening, information and signposting service for individuals. The line has been established due to concerns about the high suicide rate amongst young adult males in Scotland.

The phoneline is open every day from 6pm to 2 am.
